At SHOPHIJABEE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds:
We offer refunds on items which are defective or damaged within 7 working days of the original purchase date. Otherwise if you don't like the products, you can exchange it within 7 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at shophijabee@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you would like to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at shophijabee@gmail.com. We will work with you to facilitate the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at shophijabee@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.
